On the rare occasion that the Buddyrider pet seat does not fit your bicycle, or you need to return any other item, simply return it within 60 days (after delivery of order) for a refund. The returned product must be undamaged. Take extra care when packing the return by wrapping the receiver and the support arm (metal parts) in bubble wrap or another material to prevent them from moving around and damaging the plastic parts while in transit.
