Yes, the package includes:
- The Receiver (this mounts the Buddyrider® to your seatpost)
- The Metal Support Arm
- The Buddyrider® plastic seat assembly
- The four point harness to keep your dog secure in the Buddyrider®

If you want to use the Buddyrider® with more than one bike, you will need to order the Additional Receiver.

If your dog is between 2.75KG and 6KG you have the option of ordering a Buddybooster Cushion Insert.
The Buddyrider is designed for dogs between 2.75KG and 11.34KG however, like humans, does come in all different shapes and sizes within that weight range. To help you determine if your dog will fit please check out our Size Guide.
That depends on your delivery location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout prior to having to pay.
You can make your payment using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Discover, Diners Club and Shop Pay.
My payment has been debited but my order has not been confirmed yet. What do I do? It may take a little time for your payment to reflect on our side and at times, it could be a technical glitch. Please send us an email at and we will send you an order confirmation within the shortest possible time.
Once your order is dispatched, we send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link that allows you to keep an eye on your order in real time while it is in transit.
You can return it within the first 60 days from the day you receive it.
We usually process your order and hand it over to our courier partners on the same day you place it or the next day, making it almost impossible to cancel your order. We strongly recommend that you send us an email at as soon as possible to see whether your order can be cancelled.

Once we receive your product and inspect it, we will initiate the refund process. It may take some time to reflect the money in your account depends on your bank. However, we will notify you once the refund is processed.
