Return Policy

To initiate a return within 14 days of delivery, email us at info@buddyrider.com with your order number.

We will send return instructions upon receiving your request. ALL metal parts must be securely replaced in the box they were delivered in with no exceptions.  A photo of all parts must be submitted with your return request.  If the original packaging has been destroyed the product cannot be returned nor refunded.

Follow the shipping instructions. Send the return tracking number by email so that your refund can be tracked within our system. Your full purchase price, including initial shipping, will be refunded.  Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.  Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue your refund and notify you.

Please be aware that orders are typically shipped the same day or next day after a weekend, cancellations can only be made up to the point that the product has "not" been fulfilled.  

Guarantee

We strive to ensure that our product is of the highest quality, but if there is a problem, we offer to the original purchaser a free 2-year limited manufacturers guarantee against defects in material and workmanship. To make a warranty claim, please send your order number and a description of what the problem or defect is along with images to info@buddyrider.com.

Please note: We do not provide warranty against damage due to modifications or misuse.
